SoloCam: Gesture Camera (“SoloCam,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is designed to help users take photos and videos hands-free using camera-based gesture detection. This Privacy Policy explains how SoloCam handles information when you use the app.
SoloCam is built to minimize data collection. We do not require users to create an account to use the app.
Depending on the features you use, SoloCam may access or process the following information:
SoloCam uses your device camera to preview the camera feed, detect hand gestures, and capture photos or videos when you choose to do so.
Gesture detection is processed to recognize actions such as an “Open Palm” gesture for hands-free photo or video capture.
SoloCam does not use the camera to identify who you are.
Photos and videos you capture with SoloCam may be saved to your device’s photo library if you grant permission.
We do not upload your photos or videos to our servers.
SoloCam may process camera frames on your device to detect hand gestures in real time.
This processing is used only to provide app functionality, such as starting or canceling a countdown, taking a photo, or recording a video.
Gesture detection data is not used to identify you and is not sold to third parties.
